I am emptiness. The wind blows through me,
The sunsets sing, and the dawn is silent.
I am emptiness. And the world noticed me
When I no longer existed.

I am emptiness, silence, infinity,
I am the beginning of life without end.
I am emptiness, the mysterious eternity
From the first to the third person…

The production of the happiness hormone is provoked by what’s called mindset – thoughts, in simple terms. That is, happiness is born in relation. This is a priori. What kind of relation is needed to be happy and for this happiness hormone to be produced?

It’s simple.

  1. Meanings

Life is empty and meaningless, and nothing means anything. We give meanings and significance to everything, therefore all relationships are solely creations of our minds. The unhappiest are emotionally sensitive people with an analytical mind, because, thanks to their quick thinking, cause-and-effect relationships quickly form in their consciousness: I was fired – I am a bad worker. The emotional reaction to this conclusion reinforces this cause-and-effect relationship and memorizes it with fear, pain, and other emotions on a physical level, creating meanings that, in turn, solidify in the mind. So even subsequent analysis of the situation may not be able to deal with these links. Even when aware of them, a person continues to feel they are at work because, as a rule, they only understand one link in the chain. And only understanding the entire process: event – assessment – experience – assigning meaning to the event, can free a person from the automatism of the process. Because it is our relationship to reality that makes us unhappy (or not happy). Hence, the next point.

  1. Reality Test

When we perceive the elements of our existence, we inadequately assess reality, assuming that much more is real than actually exists. We recognize as real only what is real for us, according to our individual tests of reality. But for the rest of the world, this is not necessarily considered real, so it’s worth perceiving as real only what can be tested by time, space, and duration – the only three reality tests. At this point, most of the experiences and sufferings disappear.

  1. Opportunities

What makes people unhappy is the lack of opportunities. The older we get, the more “knowledge” we accumulate about what is possible and what isn’t, which piles up in our consciousness. As children, we owned the whole world – because everything was possible. As soon as some opportunities close, part of the world closes off as if a piece is bitten off. As a result, in adulthood, we are left with only a fragment. And we don’t know whether to slowly gnaw at what remains, stretching out the miserable pleasure, or to hate the pitiful remnant. Meanwhile, everything that is closed off and taken away as possibilities is unreal. It’s like if you were riding a bicycle, stopped, and someone told you that the bicycle would no longer go. And you stand like a fool, crying that your bicycle won’t ride. The same thing with opportunities: they haven’t gone anywhere. The only thing that can truly stop us from using these infinite opportunities is agreements.

  1. Agreements

The world is incredibly verbal. Everything in this world is based on what people have agreed on. For example, they agreed that men should wear trousers. But in Ireland, they agreed that men wear skirts. And both agreements work. Agreements are powerful! Agreements rule the world. But agreements are not carved in stone, they can be changed! There was an agreement that homosexuality was a perversion. And now that agreement is almost nowhere to be found. There was an agreement about racial inequality, but formally, it no longer exists. If any existing agreements prevent you from using the infinite opportunities that rightfully belong to you – CHANGE the agreements! This is wonderful. It will make anyone’s life extraordinary.

Life is empty and meaningless. Nothing means anything and has no purpose. Any meanings, values, and “whys” that exist are assigned to everything by us – consciously or unconsciously, but it’s always what we decide for ourselves. That’s why there’s so much confusion around many concepts. Since life is empty and meaningless, and only emptiness exists, the only thing that can be done in it is to create.

What to create? Anything. EVERYTHING you want. Everything that holds us back from creating this “anything” is the cause-and-effect relationships that exist only in our minds – they were passed to us from other people, societies, or grew in our own collective. No decisions about what life, the world, and everything else is, are real, and therefore cannot be obstacles. What is truly real is only what exists in space, time, and duration. Everything that doesn’t pass this reality test (fears, thoughts, assumptions, feelings, etc.) is not real, and exists only in our minds. Therefore, nothing can be an obstacle to creating anything we want.

Each person is surrounded by different levels of communities: family – friends – acquaintances – colleagues – partners – country – world. The larger the community a person tries to engage with in the process of creation, the easier it is for them to establish those connections and create the life they want to create, in relation to all other communities that form the largest one – humanity (so, everyone who does something global for humanity – often those who have completely self-expressed themselves).

The whole world lives on the basis of agreements. Agreements live within language. Mastery of the languages spoken by different communities allows one to understand the essence of agreements and succeed within different (even diametrically opposed) agreements about anything.

Love is not a feeling, not closeness, not sex, not communication. Love is infinite space, the “permission” to be – as you are. Acceptance of people without rejecting their quirks. Allowing people to be in this space as they are, not in pieces. Practicing love at the level of larger communities (humanity, for instance) and creating this life for these communities radically changes the approach to individual people who belong to this community (you can no longer love humanity and not love people).

The best way to live your life (empty and meaningless) is not to fill it with meaning (which will still be unreal, no matter what that meaning is), but to manifest yourself as a possibility for the communities surrounding us. This is absolute leadership in its purest form – without manipulation or using people as resources. Being a possibility (of anything) for chosen communities gives incredible strength, motivation, and attracts other opportunities into the life of that person.

And then, you understand that…

You can do anything. You can create anything. You can live anywhere. You can create anything. The world is infinite. Any manifestation of reality is beautiful. In every single moment, the life around you is so beautiful that your heart is not big enough to fully feel this beauty. You can change this world if you are dissatisfied with something by changing agreements.

What else makes you unhappy?
