The film “Fidelity” raises a very serious topic about morality in relationships. Klélia, who never truly knew her father’s love, longs for love in her life and finally decides to give her heart to a man who has fallen in love with her and is ready to give her his heart.

Meanwhile, she is not happy: because she does not love her husband. But suddenly, she meets her true love: a clueless handsome man who doesn’t love her, but she falls in love with him. She desperately wants closeness with the one she loves, but she is devoted to another.

And to this other man, she goes. She stays with him. She has made a decision, and this is the most important issue of morality for her – her inner integrity and purity.

Her self-sacrifice for her word, for the peace of the man who loves her, is especially noble, considering she is surrounded by a world full of depravity, a lack of moral values, a world of emptiness and superficiality. And despite this, she remains faithful to her husband and does not allow herself the joy of being with the one she loves.

But her husband dies. It would seem that now she can be happy? No. After all, her beloved does not love her. By choosing the path of hermitage and renouncing passion, she remains faithful to herself.

What a deep, multi-layered film, what an amazing world of inner purity of the main character! It brings tears.
