The movie Up In The Air is funny. It's filled with jokes and witticisms for all tastes – from quite simple to (almost) refined. Some jokes make you want to laugh even a little longer than what's socially acceptable.

I might not be old enough to give life advice, but I am 40 enough to underline and summarize all of the years of observing beautiful women, as well as watching and analyzing my own changes in the beauty department.

A woman's love is extraordinary. And women expect men to love them the way they love men. But that’s unrealistic. It doesn’t mean that men are incapable of love. I realized how important it is to understand as soon as possible in life that you are responsible for everything that happens in your life. After all, if you’re the one creating all of this, including attracting everything into your life, even things you don’t want or are afraid of, then that’s actually wonderful news! It means one thing only: you are the one who can turn it all around and get what you truly want and love.

My flight was at 6:10 AM on Sunday. On the one hand, I planned it this way on purpose because the flight was long, plus there was a three-hour time difference. I had to calculate it all so that I could go for a walk in Manhattan in the evening. I set two alarms so I wouldn’t oversleep, and even set the coffee machine alarm, since I usually wake up from the strong aroma of coffee.

Almost everybody knows this Buddhist tale... A man is strolling in the forest, when he sees a tiger, bounding down the track towards him. As the tiger closes upon him, the track comes to an end at the edge of a cliff, man jumps. Luckily, he is able to grab a hold of a vine, which brings him up short against the cliff. Below him another tiger is waiting for him to fall down...

The hardest and riskiest thing to do is to say "No" to your boss. The higher your boss’s position, the harder it is. But a good leader must be able to do this because they are responsible for their team. Every reasonable "No" means avoiding unnecessary, impossible, or unreasonable tasks for the team.

I realized that my desire to be loved faded due to a lack of faith that it was possible (the reason for this lack of faith is not important, but the consequences are) and gradually transformed into a desire to be admired
