June 22, 2008 And at the end of the dream, we released golden butterflies into the air. All the butterflies were artificial, like the ones I used to make as a child from wire and old tights, then embroidering them with beads and glitter… But these were different sizes – from tiny ones to huge ones, and all different colors, though some of them were yellow-orange, like golden ones. We opened the window and “let them out” into the street.

It was golden autumn outside. Yellow leaves carpeted the park, it was warm, and some butterflies immediately twirled in the wind, while others fell to the ground. We picked them up and tossed them, like throwing paper airplanes, and almost all the butterflies flew into the sky, lifted by the wind. It was so incredibly beautiful – watching them fly in the air. One fell to the ground. A person walked by, enchanted by the butterfly flight. I picked up the one that fell, approached the person, and said, “Here, take it, would you like it as a gift?” He eagerly took the little butterfly, and his face lit up with happiness.

In this dream, there was also a lot of other stuff – some underground bunker where I had to work as a web designer, an art gallery that led into a huge auditorium where a theater arts class was being held. I was scolded for being late, but allowed to sit down. I sat in a chair, behind me was Batalov, and some girl next to him was complaining that he wasn’t married and threatened to find him a wife. Then, a man in a white coat and with a metal mesh full of Coca-Cola bottles walked through the rows. He poured Coca-Cola for those with little paper cups, and for those without, into their cupped hands. He poured some into my hand, and I drank.

June 23, 2008 I dreamed that my car was supposed to fit a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and table for a picnic, but it didn’t fit. We decided to take everything in parts, or rather, in portions. Also, at that picnic, or rather, at the campsite, we lived in a huge tent…

Then I dreamed of Sasha S. with some woman. We were walking together, the three of us. The woman was strange. Thinking that she had offended Sasha, to “calm” or “appease” him, she laid him down in a shallow pond, where fallen leaves were visible on the bottom. She then lay on top of him, as if it was a bed, and began kissing Sasha, whose face had a very stunned expression. I helped them get out, especially trying to help Sasha because it was clear he was in shock from his friend’s actions.

Then they started changing clothes. Sasha was pulling off his suede shoes, and his friend lay on the ground with her head in a puddle. I offered her a towel, but she initially refused, then agreed to put it under her head so her hair wouldn’t get too dirty. The puddle was very muddy. Then I took a silver towel from a bag and gave it to Sasha, who was very grateful. After all the commotion, we gathered to eat, and for some reason, I hugged Sasha.

I just felt like hugging him. I thought, “After all, he loved me once, he’ll like it.” I wasn’t embarrassed that this was happening in front of his girlfriend, since it was just a friendly hug. It wasn’t the same for Sasha. He hugged me tightly, buried his nose in my hair near my neck, and started inhaling my scent. I smelled really nice. He started kissing my neck, which his girlfriend noticed, and her face showed discontent. But I said that Sasha really liked the perfume and was just inhaling the scent, then pulled away from him. She seemed to believe it…

August 12, 2008 Today, I dreamed that all the people on Earth became sick with something and now they always had stomach problems. Everyone gathered in groups and went somewhere, leaving their homes. But I didn’t run away because I wanted to gather some things. Besides, if everyone is sick, why bother and panic? I could just relax and enjoy life anyway. Then I remembered that if you drink protein shakes, stomach issues go away. And since the packed ones don’t spoil, and the stores will be abandoned, there will be plenty of shakes. I relaxed even more. I woke up, and outside, the sun was shining beautifully, and my cat was sitting on the second floor of my bed, looking sleepy and cute, as if she was saying, “I was lifted but not fully awakened.”

August 12, 2008 And today, I dreamed that I found out that a bucket with little glass pieces was a real crown, not a fake one. Immediately, they started chasing me to kill me. They shot at me and grabbed me, but I flew into the sky, turned into a bird, became invisible, and in the end, flew along the ocean’s surface at sunset, enjoying the magical colors of the setting sun. They couldn’t kill or catch me.
