Why did this thought come to my mind? What does it want to tell me?

Illness is a time given to make conclusions.

By learning from the bad, we become wiser and move forward, higher, and further along the spiral of development.

Those who have fear in their soul will inevitably be frightened. Those who carry guilt in their soul will eventually find an accuser. Those who are angry will be provoked, for they need it.

When there is no fear of “not being loved,” there is also no fear of “my love not being accepted.”

Only freedom gives a person the ability to be themselves.

To learn life lessons, we ourselves chose this body, against which we now protest.

Inability is not a sin. The sin is the inability to forgive.

A woman who loves boldly does not try to look down on everyday problems in a masculine way—she is simply a woman, and before her femininity, any worldly disorder bows and retreats.

A woman who cannot or does not want to give a thirsty person a full drink will never become a source of eternal life. A man who hurries only to drink will never receive pure water.

Malice has a crushing power and penetrates through any wall.

What a person does is repaid to them double.

Only the giver receives. The taker has things taken from them.

A person is born to learn. The human spirit has no other goal.

The next generation must always move forward.

A person does not know how to be free, and does not even know what freedom is. Physical freedom will not make the soul free, but physical enslavement does not limit the freedom of the soul.

A person who forgives their parents and the parents of their parents saves their souls from the oppression of guilt and simultaneously frees both their souls and theirs for the future children.

We must understand everything in this world, either foolishly, by banging our heads and collecting bruises, or wisely, by learning from others’ mistakes.

All stresses stem from the fear of “not being loved.”

The one who learns to overcome physical difficulty through spiritual efforts becomes wiser. The one who learns to change matter with their mind is truly wise. The faster this is achieved, the more capable a person is as a student.

The ability to let malice flow through oneself so that it becomes good is an invaluable help to oneself.

With the development of intellect, the wisdom of the spirit grows.

In life, one must first rejoice in the small things; then life can entrust something great to a person.

One must always start with themselves—both spiritually and physically—before going further.

He who elevates another elevates themselves.

Faith should come from the heart, not from the mind. Only then is it true faith, and only then is it effective.

Life is a place for multiplying wisdom.

He who cannot love and respect themselves cannot love and respect others.

The more we long for prosperity, the further we move away from the world of feelings.

He who overcomes fear learns to swim. He who is freed from fear learns to dive.

Nature has given us everything—if only we could understand life!

Malice arises only in those who are not allowed to move forward.

Life is movement. He who corrects the bad moves forward. Only he who, measuring himself against life’s difficulties, learns to recognize values, is able to also appreciate what others have done. This person becomes not a creator, but a destroyer.

Pain is a miraculous remedy that awakens joy.

Often, illness comes to a person to prevent them from making an even greater mistake.

Freeing oneself from negativity is a great and serious task, especially if the person has dedicated themselves to working for the good of others.

If your mind has not yet opened, pay attention to the signals of your body and learn to think and recognize stress through them.

To move forward, one can and should correct the past.

Meaninglessness comes to teach you that behind its apparent lack of thought and hopelessness lie the greatest thoughts.

A highly educated person who does not understand that material life is a small part of spiritual life can spend years swimming against the current, calling themselves honest and principled, but one day their legs will refuse to walk the road that a materialist brain commands.

A child is born to redeem the evil of the parents or, more simply, to become the opposite of their mother in character.

The one who seeks maximum peace of mind, which they never had in life, dies. A person who is mourned does not find peace even after death.

Forgiveness is a holy work. Without recognizing one’s mistakes, it bears no result.

Caring is instinctive. Care is also inherent in animals. Human love is soul love, which makes us human.

He who begins to listen to their thoughts and corrects their life accordingly will be given the opportunity to move further.

God always gives a person what they deserve. He who demands more will be disappointed.

He who cannot keep joy in their soul will find guilt in the same place.

Lies have a tendency to grow exponentially.

Ruthlessly seeking blame in others causes pain in the whole body.

Every person is a prisoner of their bad thoughts.

Renouncing one’s sex is a great mistake that deprives a person of balance and ultimately makes them angry.

Forgive your malicious thoughts related to economic problems. They came to teach you that only love and peace of mind can bring you the fulfillment of desires. Malice never will.

Free every bad thought about another person—it relates to you!

The fear that my love is not needed is stress for givers. No one is only a giver or only a taker. But if you let the thirst for profit grow, it will gain such power over you that you will see nothing except money and what can be bought with it.

Giving love is the foundation of life. Giving must happen constantly so that there is always something to receive.

To give love and give with love is happiness. To receive love and receive without love is unhappiness.

Constant physical overwork dulls the human spirit. It needs rest first and foremost.

Dejection blocks the energy of love and the desire to love.

He who chooses love will later receive prosperity. He who chooses greed loses love.

The nightmare scenarios that fear “I am not loved” draws for us are actually meant to teach us courage.

Pain is an alarm bell that announces that you should not blame another if pain appears in the body. If it hurt someone else, then the blame would truly lie with them. Pain tries to stop you from stepping onto the wrong path.

He who knows how to quarrel knows how to love. A quarrel should neither offend nor humiliate a partner. He who cannot do this sows discord, and from there it is not far to a fight.

In everything, there is both good and bad, but if a person dreams of excessively good, sooner or later, the bad will fall upon them.

Every woman has a man within her, every man has a woman within him. He who knows how to balance his inner and outer “self” has reached the current level of human perfection.

Freedom is conscious inevitability.

In reality, a person is a lonely being, and this is an unalterable fact of life.

A person who respects themselves will not demean others to maintain their authority.

Changing character means rethinking life and intelligently freeing oneself from the bad in order to achieve the desired goal.

Only when everyone frees their stress can the family survive. The family must be preserved.

Marriage should sanctify the family, and if it destroys it, a less painful way out should be found.

Bad is your personal obstacle, erected just for you.

Those whose soul-love comes first experience sexual contact less often, but it brings much greater joy.

Be a sieve that knows if I am not an obstacle for bad, then it is not bad for me.

Illness can only be treated by eliminating the cause, and the cause is hidden deep within you. Every person subconsciously knows the cause, but most people do not realize it. The best healer is the person themselves, as they are always at hand. The doctor’s task is to teach, guide, help, and point out mistakes.

If a person does not help themselves, God will not help them either.

A person is a Spirit that, through the Soul, owns their Body.

The cosmic law states: everything I do comes back to me doubled.

Is there anything absolutely good or absolutely bad? No. Everything is relative. What is good for one is bad for another. It depends on how I assess the situation. Do not look for blame in others, know that everything starts with you.

With cause, consequence inevitably follows.

If you ask forgiveness for the sins of your previous life and forgive yourself for not having done so until now, you can free yourself from the sin of the previous life. The problem is finding a seer who can look at your past life.

You should not commit bad deeds, or immediately ask for forgiveness if you unintentionally did something wrong, or even just thought about it.

Forgive your mothers and fathers for everything, even for the smallest things, even when they are gone. You deserve them. This is your karma, not just theirs.

Every illness of a child is preceded by a stressful situation, even flu and other viral diseases.

Ask yourself: “What is tormenting me right now? And forgive what torments me.”

Through forgiveness, I open myself to the good, believe in the existence of the good, and give my protective spirits the chance to help me.

Say to the painful area: “I love you.” Count how many “I love you” your painful place needs. You owe it that much love.

The human spirit, by its original nature, is a creation of Higher Love, or God, and therefore the spirit recognizes love even when no one has loved it in the flesh.

Every person has the ability to choose. A person suffers in proportion to how they have disrupted their connection with the harmony of the world. A person in God is sanctified in all their desires, even when they carry the burden of external, worldly suffering.

God helps those who help themselves, so take care of the mental state in which you find yourself right now.

When you begin to free your thoughts and desires from mental and physical pollution, you will begin to see and understand the true nature of the world around you.
