It’s worth remembering as often as possible that (so to speak) destructive thoughts like “What terrible traffic,” “No one loves me,” “I’m so sick,” work just as effectively as any constructive thoughts. They work even better when accompanied by strong emotions and sensations.

Awareness is needed to track the thoughts we truly don’t want to manifest.

Actually, I think monks and meditating ascetics waste their time focusing on purification. They should be visualizing a world without war. But instead, they sit and chant, “No water, no moon.”

If a person’s main focus is not on how wonderful they themselves are or what they can create on their own, but rather on what they can create with others and for others, then such a person should not focus on self-expression, but on allowing others to express themselves as deeply and broadly as possible. Of course, this doesn’t negate the right of that person to express themselves. But when the main goal is to enable others to express themselves, one’s own self-expression takes a backseat, along with the need to be noticed. Then there is no dependence on the opinions of others. One can express oneself freely, without needing recognition or acceptance from others. But if recognition and acceptance do happen, they are not taken for granted, but rather seen as a pleasant bonus, a happy turn of events. And this reveals the modesty of the creator…

It just hit me. I don’t even know why it took so long…

Why do we need awareness – in blunt terms?

To avoid being an asshole, ruining life for ourselves and everyone around us. And for ourselves – first and foremost. Well, and for everyone around us – one way or another. Without awareness, even love is poison and suffering. Without awareness, communication is pain and betrayal. Without awareness, people are enemies and assholes. Because they, too, are unaware.

Only awareness allows us to see the beauty of life and love.

And what is the beauty of life and love?

It’s in letting everything be. Everything. Be. Letting it in. Into your heart. And allowing it to be there. Everything and everyone. Forever.

Because – on a global scale – everything and everyone is perfection. And Love.

Everything in this world happens for a reason… Some – to understand through pain and suffering that everything is Love… Others – to create the conditions for everyone else’s understanding.

Is this life?

All these seminars, trainings, meditations, Semorons, Yogas, and all such things are essentially meant to help us stop associating ourselves with our thoughts, or in other words, stop thinking that something is wrong – with us, with the world, with the people around us. With us – that our appearance, status, bank account balance, penis, or hips are not okay. With people – that their attitude towards us, their reliability, their mental stability are not okay. With the world around us – that politics, the economy, safety, or legality are not okay… We begin thinking about all of this as soon as we wake up and until we fall asleep, and sometimes even in our sleep… we think about it or simply experience anxiety about it – consciously or not – for one simple reason: survival. Survival, which is in our blood on a genetic level – from the days of our distant ancestors, who could literally be someone’s lunch. It seems like the troglodytes are no longer around, but we still fear being eaten – literally or not, and the fear is very real.

Once we realize that this fear is just a legacy of humanity’s long history on Earth, and that it really has nothing to do with us personally, and that all instances of “being eaten” happen only in our imagination, the world in the screens we see it on will finally become what it truly is: clay – from which we can shape anything. And just understanding this makes everything very simple. If you want to shape universal destruction – you will have destruction. If you want to shape universal prosperity – you will have prosperity. Everything will come to you from your clay, whatever you imagine.

But if you shape fear about survival, your whole life will consist of it. And is that life?

All conscious people are alike because they carry within them the most important thing – Love. Whereas unconscious people are each a unique combination of fears and insecurities.

Acceptance of the idea that we are “undeserving” is exactly the same as acceptance of the idea that we are “deserving.” Both are equally valid forms of acceptance. It doesn’t matter what is being accepted. So why not accept what works for progress, not for destruction?
