Ultimately, at least for now, this remains a universal method to climb out of a gloomy, depressive state into a loving one. I won’t describe every detail — I highly recommend reading The Messenger book. It’s easy to find online, easy to read — not very short, but manageable. Here’s how I practice it.

How do I do it? Before sleep, I relax and find a source of light inside myself. Then, on an inner screen, I imagine sending out a beam of light, warmth, tenderness, and goodness — a blessing — toward different people, objects, events, countries, everything I can remember. To all friends and loved ones… or, for example, recalling a stressful event and sending those warm, tender rays into it until it no longer stresses me out.

Almost immediately, movement begins — and the next day or two later, butterflies start fluttering inside, and love returns. A feeling of wholeness and connection to others appears — you love everyone, you hate no one, you forgive everyone you were upset with. From this state, not only is living much more pleasant, but solving everyday difficulties becomes much easier, even the heavy ones, and with minimal stress.

It’s like forget-me-nots start blooming in your soul, a clarinet plays in your stomach, and full Zen-Buddhism descends.

“A critically important part of sending love and creating joy is allowing yourself to receive love, well-being, health, and abundance. This is a difficult area for many people.

Since publishing my first book, I’ve been overwhelmed with emails from readers thrilled by the results of sending love. But many shared that ‘yes, I see amazing changes, yes, I feel so much better, but certain areas of my life still feel blocked.’ Meaning: some parts improved, but others didn’t open up the way they expected. The biggest blocks were around money, freedom, and abundance.

There’s a simple reason: from early childhood, we’re subconsciously taught lack — the opposite of abundance — and we accept it as normal. Over time, this turns into resistance to receiving, especially free, joyful, abundant, and ongoing receiving. Money and abundance become areas of strongest resistance. Abundance means having lots! When we resist abundance, we allow only a certain amount to reach us — and then subconsciously ‘shut off the tap.’ Boom. Stuck.

Let me assure you: when you send love and stay open, radiating it everywhere, you will receive it back tenfold. This isn’t my opinion — it’s the Law of Love Energy. This is how The One Who Is All constructed the world: the more you give, the more you receive, and the cycle creates heaven on Earth — endlessly rising higher in abundance.

But here’s the twist: if you’re closed off from receiving, the love you send will create wonderful changes around you, but you yourself will stay stuck. Only a trickle of the returning abundance can reach you — or nothing at all. Do you understand? Subconsciously resisting the flow of abundance not only deprives you of joy but slows down the strengthening of the love you send out. Your ability to give is tied directly to your ability to receive.

The more abundance I receive, the more I can help others open up to receiving. And the more they receive, the more they can give. That’s how even more is created — and the cycle grows.

The reason we focus on areas of greatest resistance first is simple: if you light up the darkest corners, everything else brightens automatically.

I don’t often use the word ‘God,’ but why not now? Imagine believers who spend time sending love and feeling joy — God would be thrilled. ‘Finally! They get it!’ But then, seeing that they don’t allow that love to return to them, God would sigh, disappointed: ‘Oh no, not again.’ Unfortunately, this happens a lot.

So start here…

For the next three days, focus all the attention you can muster on feeling gratitude. It doesn’t matter what you focus on — the important thing is the feeling itself. Really feel gratitude, just to feel it. Then, even if the feeling is slight, make it stronger — again and again. Play with it many times a day. Every time you lose it, chase it joyfully, like a game. Make this your top emotional priority for three days.

Why not pause everything else right now and feel gratitude? When you find it within, think for a moment about something you want. Don’t focus on details — just combine the sense of desire with the feeling of gratitude, as if you already have it. Keep feeling gratitude for it, without worrying about how it will come. After three days, take a break for a day or two, then repeat.

Let me tell you something strange. I had never truly felt gratitude in my life. When I tried to open myself more to receiving, I noticed a very subtle feeling — a change in my vibration. I kept working on it, and soon everything I wanted started coming to me effortlessly. I had called that feeling ‘allowing’ because I didn’t know what else to call it. It felt so good that I started chasing it.

Later, I realized that when I was feeling this ‘allowing,’ things were happening for me easily. This ‘allowing’ was a specific high-frequency vibration. Then it clicked: what I had been calling ‘allowing’ was what others called gratitude.

A little later, another lightbulb moment — this ‘allowing’ wasn’t just gratitude, it was one of the highest frequencies of love itself. Tune into it, and you open wide to everything beautiful. Abundance will flow effortlessly into your life.

That’s it!
