I am shaken…
The man who wrote the greatest book about the love of life…
The man whose work has been admired for decades,
The man who was surrounded by love and tenderness,
The man… who wrote The Old Man and the Sea
And this man ended his own life.

The world is infinitely vast and beautiful…
So much so that it almost hurts from the happiness you can feel just by witnessing a single sunrise.
How utterly foolish we are—all of us who have ever even once thought about parting with this astonishing gift…

We usually justify it with endless pain and loss of motivation…
To hell with it.
Forget all the motivations.
Throw the past to the past, where it belongs, and start over.
Die last night, before sleep, and wake up tomorrow—reborn.
And live from that place.
Live however it turns out, without setting impossible standards,
Accepting—completely and unconditionally—everything that is, right here, right now.
