In the process of searching for oneself and pushing through the dense forest of the mind’s, subconscious’s, habits’, fears’, and happiness-destroying beliefs’ entanglements, we sometimes come across an element that clearly requires removal or at least transformation within our being. Take fear, for example. Working with fears can be quite successful with tools like awareness, observation, and acceptance. But how long-lasting is this success? With the methods described, one can work well with some fears — they disappear or lose their influence. But for some reason, not all fears are susceptible. Why? Today, a thought came to me that helped me look at this situation in a completely different way. I see it as blocks…

Everything in the world is interconnected. We are all connected to each other. There’s nothing new in this. But for some reason, we sometimes forget or fail to think about the fact that everything within us is interconnected too. And working, for example, with one fear alone won’t be effective if that fear, like roots or ivy, surrounds, entwines, and holds additional connections, beliefs, thoughts, affirmations…

The fear of getting sick, by itself, may not be as strong as beliefs and beliefs, which may, at first glance, seem unrelated to it, but actually serve as the roots from which this fear sprouts over and over again, even after it’s been transformed and weakened. So, working with such a fear is pointless without a comprehensive approach to these blocks. The fear of getting sick, for example, may be connected to a subconscious desire to be sick as a way of getting attention, a tendency to escape thoughts of death, or a desire for a certain fear that provides strong emotions… all of this on the surface is not surprising, not sensational. But for some reason, it is often not taken into account.

Recognizing such blocks becomes quite simple after realizing their potential presence and the desire to see the bigger picture and work with it, which, in turn, is possible only after realizing the desire to rid oneself of the key element, such as fear. It’s funny, but sometimes people simply do not want to part with what prevents them from living peacefully and being happy, even though they want to be happy. This is a surprisingly frequent phenomenon, and I am not discovering America here. Very often, such blocks, chains, restore links and elements, and work with them has been carried out separately, without considering the tangled whole…

Whatever it is you are feeling, is a perfect reflection of what is in the process of becoming. (c) The Secret
