First and foremost, monitor your thinking.
We begin with the technique: "Watch Your Words!"
Start with spoken words — they’re easier to control than thoughts.
First step: stop complaining about life.
I’ve always been stumped by the question, "How are you?" Or, for that matter, "How’s it going?"
You forgot how to live, and you’d answer, “Nothing much.”
I usually say, “Good” or “Great!” Or sometimes, I have this passphrase: “Awesome!” which, of course, doesn’t really capture the vast variety of my existence. However, it’s said that those who go into too much detail when asked, “How’s it going?” risk being labeled as boring, so I won’t go into a deep dive about what's going on in my mind, subconscious, and so on.
I sculpt dolls, clowns, dogs from clay.
If the doll turns out badly, I’ll call her ‘silly.’
If the clown turns out badly, I’ll call him ‘fool.
To achieve something, the following is necessary…
Clearly understand what the desired outcome should be.
For example, "I want to run in the mornings" is not an outcome. The outcome should be "developing a habit of running in the mornings." The outcome should be measurable in some way.

It passed quietly, almost unnoticed. Had I not come across an eye-catching poster by chance at the cinema, I might never have learned about it. The film doesn’t look low-budget considering that 19 million was spent on it. But no expense was spared on the stars. Kiera, Adrien – almost all the actors are well-known.
Handing over the keys to my Florida house — and I was free. The hardest part was still ahead: heading north. First to Orlando, then onto the Turnpike leading to Highway 75, the road that runs through Gainesville and then northwest.

Don’t believe anyone who tells you that New York is a blend of glass and metal, a cold city pierced by towering skyscrapers, with incessant advertising on the streets and the biting winds of winter evenings, piles of garbage on the roads, and crowds of dubious characters…
If Mark Foster were a bit more exalted about his uniqueness, he could very well have turned into a decent David Lynch. But Mark doesn’t take the easy road. How many times can you bleed out before it turns out that you’re finally dying on the Brooklyn Bridge due to some burst tire?
